CHICAGO - Velma Kelly

Chicago (the musical) is a dazzling and satirical look at fame, justice, and the media machine. Set in 1920s Chicago and based on real-life murders and trials, Chicago follows Velma Kelly and Roxie Hart, two wannabe vaudevillian stars who both murder their husbands and then claim to be innocent. Velma Kelly sings a number of songs in the musical including All That Jazz, My Own Best Friend and Cell Block Tango. The production was direct by Hannah Proops with musical direction by Mark Jarvis.
